We're not a typical software company. Teem Leed was born from frustration — real frustration, felt by team leaders who were tired of managing people with tools built for managing tasks.
We spent years juggling spreadsheets, docs, Slack threads, and a half-dozen SaaS tools just to answer one simple question: how is my team actually doing?
